Ingredients
- 2 pounds Idaho potatoes, peeled, cut into 1 inch cubes, cooked until just softened a bit, drained, chilled.
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 large rib celery, diced
- 5 T. Best or Hellman’s Mayo
- 6 T. whipping cream
- 1 t. Mrs Dash Table Blend no salt seasoning
Directions
Mix chilled potatoes with onion and celery.
Whisk together mayo, cream and seasoning. Now mix in the potatoes.
Chill.
Makes 4 1/2 cups, 9 servings
