Ingredients
- 3 c. mini farfalle (bow tie pasta), cooked 8 minutes in unsalted water, drained and cooled
- 1/2 medium zucchini, chopped
- 1/2 yellow squash, chopped
- 1/4 red onion, chopped
- 5 mini peppers, use many colors, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 8 cherry tomatoes, cut in wedges
- 1/2 c. low sodium or no salt Italian dressing
Directions
Add pasta and veggies to bowl, pour on dressing,mix and chill.
Makes about 9 cups
