Cold Shell Pasta Veggie Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. mini shell pasta
  • 1/4 c. Best brand mayo
  • 1/4 c. buttermilk
  • 1 t. dill weed
  • 1/8 t. Diamond Crystal salt (lower in sodium)
  • 1 1/2 t. 21 Seasoning Salute
  • 1/3 c. chopped celery
  • 1/3 c. chopped carrots
  • 1/3 c. chopped sweet onion
  • 1/3 c. chopped red pepper
  • 1/3 c. green pepper

Directions

Boil shells in unsalted water about 8 minutes or according to package.

Rinse and let sit in cold water.Drain.

Mix mayo, buttermilk, salt, 21 Seasoning and dill together.

In a large bowl add celery, carrots, onion, red and green peppers, cooled shells and mix Add the mayo mixture and toss well.

Chill.
