Ingredients
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh orange juice
- 4 tsp Dijon mustard or low sodium homemade mustard
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- Dash of black pepper
Directions
Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, orange juice, homemade or Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and pepper. Refrigerate in an airtight container. Shake well before using.
Makes about 10 tablespoons of dressing.
