Ingredients

  • 6 packets Herb Ox Brand so sodium added beef broth (makes 6 cups liquid)
  • 6 cups water
  • 1 tbsp. Chinatown soy Sauce (Available from JamaicanProducts.com, Check the resource section for a coupon code)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder,
  • 1 tbsp. Dried Onion Flakes
  • 1 tbsp. Sesame Oil
  • 2 tsp. chili sauce – Sambal Oelek Chili Paste o
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 cup chopped mushrooms
  • ¼ cup Rice vinegar
  • ¼ cup fideo noodles or any small thin pasta noodle

Directions

In a medium sauce pan add all of the ingredients except for the egg and simmer over medium heat until noodles are cooked through.

In a small mixing bowl scramble the egg

Using a fork, slowly pour the egg through the fork and gently move the egg around to create a nice consistency. Do not mix into the soup.

Ladle into a bowl and enjoy!
