Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast, boneless skinless
- ½ cup pesto, store-bought or see homemade
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 2 large tomatoes sliced
- pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Season chicken with pepper.
Then place in a greased baking dish.
Evenly spread pesto on top of each piece of chicken.
Top with tomato slices. Then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Bake in oven for 50-55 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked and mozzarella is golden brown.
