Ingredients
- 16 oz frozen boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 3 sweet peppers- red, green, orange or yellow, slliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1/8 t. garlic powder
- 1 T. cumin
- 1/2 t. pepper
- 2 T. olive oil.
Directions
Either spray cooker with extra oil, or you can use a slow cooker liner- no clean up.
Place everything in slow cooker, set to High and cook for 4- 4 1/2 hours.
Pull apart the cooked chicken breast and mix all the peppers and onions with the chicken.
Serve over low sodium tortillas.
