It has been 7 weeks since our family started our LOSO and low fat lifestyle. I am so grateful that I found the skip the salt web page when researching for recipes. That led me to this great group. Here is one of our favorite recipes, Chicken Fajitas with corn tortillas, not cheese, sour cream or guacamole needed, there is so much flavor with all the different kinds of peppers, onion and garlic. I actually enjoy eating this way with so many fresh vegetables and fruits plus my blood pressure has gone down and I have lost weight.
