Ingredients
- 6 oz grilled chicken, diced
- 10 Bing cherries, pitted and chopped
- 1 rib celery, diced
- 1 slice sweet onion, diced
- 3 T. mayo
- 1 t. tarragon leaves
- 1/4 c. sliced almonds
- 2 squeezes fresh lemon juice
- sprinkle fresh pepper
Directions
Mix all together. Serves 2 people as large salads over lettuce or 4 small salads.
Also can be used as a filling for sandwiches.
