Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 bell pepper (choice of color) chopped
  • 1 large onion, sliced thin
  • 2 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 6 servings of steakums® brand steak meat (A serving is the amount of meat that is between the paper separators)
  • ½ tablespoon China Town Soy Sauce
  • Splash of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 – 8oz package of fresh Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 1 package of Kings Hawaiian Rolls (12 rolls)

Directions to Cook:

1. In a nonstick frying pan heat some olive oil

2. Once the oil is hot and begins to smoke, add the bell pepper and onion.

3. Sauté vegetables until they start to become soft.

4. Add the steakums® to the vegetables

5. Add the spices, the soy sauce and the Worcestershire

6. Cook over low to medium heat

7. Prepare a baking dish by spraying some cooking oil in the bottom

8. Cut the Hawaiian Rolls in half and place the bottom half in the baking dish

9. Cover the bottom rolls with half of the Mozzarella Cheese

10. Cover the Cheese with the meat mixture

11. Cover the meat mixture with the remaining cheese

12. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 7-10 minutes
