Ingredients:
- 1 large tomato, cut into 4 thick slices
- 3 oz fresh mozzarella, cut into 4 slices
- fresh basil leaves
- 1-2 t. Bertolli Balsamic Glaze
Directions:
Place a tomato slice on plate, add a slice of mozzarella and continue, ending with a slice of cheese.
Sprinkle the glaze over the plate and add fresh basil leaves.
