Ingredients:

  • 1 large tomato, cut into 4  thick slices
  • 3 oz fresh mozzarella, cut into 4 slices
  • fresh basil leaves
  • 1-2 t. Bertolli Balsamic Glaze

Directions:

Place a tomato slice on plate, add a slice of mozzarella and continue, ending with a slice of cheese.

Sprinkle the glaze over the plate and add fresh basil leaves.

Total sodium is 248mg.

This can be a salad or lunch for 1-2 people.

It would make a great appetizer for a group.

Preparation time is 10 minutes.
