Ingredients:
- 1 1⁄4 cups warm buttermilk (70° to 80°F)*
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 1⁄2 tsp dill weed
- 1⁄8 tsp coarse, sea salt
- 1⁄8 tsp white pepper
- 3 cups bread flour
- 2 1⁄4 tsp bread machine yeast
Directions:
1. Place all the ingredients into the bread machine pan following the order indicated by the manufacturer.
2. Choose the basic bread setting.
3. Select the crust color and loaf size, if available, with your particular bread machine.
4. Bake according to bread machine directions (check dough after 5 minutes of mixing; add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water or flour if needed).
*if you do not have buttermilk, mix regular milk with some lemon juice or vinegar for a substitute
