Bunless Big Mac Salad or Romaine Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1-1 1/2 c. chopped lettuce for salad (or 2 Romaine leaves for Wrap)
  • 4 oz hamburger, grilled or fried
  • 2 T. Copycat Big Mac sauce
  • 1-2 thin dill pickle slices, chopped
  • 2 T. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • Seasoned no salt Croutons
  • 1/2 t. Sesame seeds

Directions

For the Salad: Place the lettuce on a plate. Chop the burger and place on lettuce. Top with Sauce, pickles, cheese, croutons and sesame seeds.

For the Wrap: Place Romaine leaves on plate. Chop the burger and place in center of leaves. Top with Sauce, pickles, cheese, croutons and sesame seeds.

Enjoy. This makes a serving for one.

This can be served with French Fries for a real treat.
