Ingredients
Vegetables
- 2/3 c. cauliflower, chopped
- 2/3 c. carrots, chopped
- 2/3 c. red pepper, chopped
- 2/3 c. onion, chopped
Cooking liquid- add to saucepan - 1/2 t. celery seed
- 12 t. mustard seed
- 1/2 t. tumeric
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
Directions
Cook and boil for 3 minutes.
Add the vegetables and cook for 4 minutes or until vegetables are beginning to soften.
Store in refrigerator.
Use as a condiment or as a relish on sandwiches.
