Ingredients
- 8 oz hamburger patty
- a bit of oil
- 1 yellow squash sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 sweet onion, cut in wedges
- 1 sweet red pepper, sliced
- 1 whole tomato or a few roma tomatoes, cut in wedges
- dried basil fresh ground
Directions
Sauté the ground beef and break up into small pieces, remove from fry pan
Add a bit of oil to the hot pan and then toss around the squashes, sweet onion and peppers
Sauté until the veggies are getting a bit soft and cooked
Add the ground beef and the tomato Sprinkle a bit of basil in the pan
Serve or rice
