Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless pork loin chops (4 oz each)
  • 1/3 cup Key Lime Juice
  • 2 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • pepper
  • Lime slices (garnish)

Directions:

1. Put all the marinate ingredients into a large zippered baggie and mix well.

2. Place the pork chops into the baggie, zip up and massage the chops in the marinade.

3. Put the baggie into a bowl and place it in the refrigerator for at least 30 to a few hours.

4. Heat grill to a medium heat.

5. Once the grill is heated place chops on grill and brush with the marinade.

6. Grill for about 10 minutes of each side or until the center of the chop shows no signs of pinkness.

7. Season with pepper and garnish with lime slices when serving, if desired.

8. Serve with rice or small, buttered potatoes and a vegetable.
