Ingredients
- 1 whole avocado
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 Tablespoon minced garlic
- 5 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Directions
1. Peel and dice the avocado.
2. Place everything in a food processor or blender and pulse until smooth.
3. Store in the refrigerator in a sealed jar.
