Ingredients:
- 2 c. mini penne pasta, cooked 9 minutes, drained
- 1/4 c. Member’s Mark Crumbled Bacon
- 2 slices Sargent Swiss Cheese, diced
- 1 Roma tomato, chopped
- 4 T. Kalena’s Pesto (found on our website)
- 2 scallions, thinly sliced
- freshly ground pepper
Directions:
Using a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients, mix well.
Grind the fresh pepper on top.
Serve room temperature or chilled.
