Air Fryer Roasted Garlic Parmesan Chicken Tenders

Ingredients

  • 1 large skinless, boneless chicken breast, sliced in 8- 9 fingers
  • 2-3 cloves roasted garlic
  • 5 T. no salt butter
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 2/3 c. Parmesan, shredded
  • 1 c. panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 t. paprika
  • 1 1/2 T. parsley

Directions

Set aside chicken

Melt garlic and butter together, add lemon juice.

Mix Parmesan, panko, paprika and parsley together in small dish.

Dip chicken in butter then roll in Parmesan mix.

Place chicken in air fryer , but don’t crowd pieces.

Air Fry for about 10 minutes, turn after 5.
