Directions
1 slice very low sodium bread, toasted in air fryer( I toasted a piece of the Dakota Bread- in the files), low sodium pizza sauce (mine is homemade) a bit of zucchini, sliced a bit of pepperoni Swiss cheese or mozzarella cheese
Top toasted bread with pizza sauce, Add sliced zucchini and a bit of pepperoni, then top it with Swiss, as no mozzarella could be found. Put it back in the air fryer for a couple of minutes to get a touch toasty.
