Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 chicken breasts
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 c. low sodium Italian dressing (dry mix recipe is in files- but you must mix that with vinegar and oil to your liking)
  • 2 1/2 c. fake shake and bake for wings (in the files)

Directions

Slice finger size pieces of chicken from the breasts. Dip in flour.

Add eggs and Italian dressing to a bowl and mix well. Dip chicken fingers into egg mixture.

Dip chicken fingers into fake shake and bake mix.

Heat air fryer to 375 degrees.

Spray oil on chicken fingers, place in basket with sprayed side down.

Now spray second side. Turn on timer to 7 minutes.

Check when done, and finish frying the remainder of fingers.

I did not even toss, as they were perfectly done. This was 3 batches in my fryer.
