Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. mini shell pasta
- 1/4 c. Best brand mayo
- 1/4 c. buttermilk
- 1 t. dill weed
- 1/8 t. Diamond Crystal salt (lower in sodium)
- 1 1/2 t. 21 Seasoning Salute
- 1/3 c. chopped celery
- 1/3 c. chopped carrots
- 1/3 c. chopped sweet onion
- 1/3 c. chopped red pepper
- 1/3 c. green pepper
Directions
Boil shells in unsalted water about 8 minutes or according to package.
Rinse and let sit in cold water.Drain.
Mix mayo, buttermilk, salt, 21 Seasoning and dill together.
In a large bowl add celery, carrots, onion, red and green peppers, cooled shells and mix Add the mayo mixture and toss well.
Chill.
