Ingredients
- Pizza crust (no sodium recipe in files)
- 1/2 cup Copycat Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce (in files)
- 1 1/2 cups Trader Joe’s shredded Swiss & Guyere cheese
- 1 1/2 cups roasted or poached chicken, chopped
- 2/3 cup chopped green onion (white and green parts)
- 1/2 cup chopped sweet red peppers or a mix of green, orange and yellow
- 1/2 cup chopped broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh or canned pineapple tidbits, well-drained
Directions
1. Press the dough into a 14-inch circle on a baking sheet or form on a pizza stone.
2. Spread barbecue sauce evenly over the crust and cover with some of the shredded cheese.
3. Top with chicken, green onion bits, sweet peppers, broccoli, pineapple and the rest of the cheese.
4. Bake in a 500 degrees oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
