Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup no salt ketchup
  • 2 tbsp liquid honey
  • 1 tbsp sodium reduced soy sauce (China Town)
  • 1 tsp ginger root, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Directions

1. Mix all the ingredients in a large ziplock baggie, add the meat, and marinate the meat in the sauce for at least four hours or overnight, if desired.

2. When ready to broil or grill, dump the meat and sauce into a large bowl.

3. Grill meat as you normally would do. Use the reserved sauce in the bowl to brush on while cooking. Discard any of the remaining sauce.

Use on pork, chicken, beef, fish & seafood…almost any kind of meat.
