Ingredients:

  • 3 large eggs, hard boiled
  • 3 T. Hellman’s or Best Foods mayonnaise
  • 1 rib celery, diced
  • 1 1/2 thin slices onion
  • heaping 1/4 t. dill weed
  • sprinkles of 21 Seasoning Salute

Directions:

In a small bowl, dice the eggs and add to the mayo, mixing well.

Add in the celery, onion dill and seasoning, mixing well.

This can be used for small/slider size sandwiches  on no salt rolls or buns. This will make 6 little slider sandwiches.

Using the listed ingredients, each slider with a no sodium roll will be 81.5mg sodium.

If you use a roll or bun with sodium, you must adjust the sodium total.

Garnish with grape tomatoes if desired.
