Ingredients:
- 2 -10 oz boneless chicken breasts, pounded flat between plastic wrap. (365mg total sodium)
- 2 slices Swiss Cheese- Kraft extra thin slices (25mg sodium each)
- 2 slices Tyson ham, cut in 1/2 (210mg sodium each)
- 21 Seasoning Salute, to taste
- 1/2 c. plain Panko,( 50mg sodium) or use unsalted breadcrumbs
- Olive oil in spray bottle
Directions:
Cut each breast in 1/2 to make a something like a square. Make sure they are pounded as flat as can be done , but still keeping them in one piece.
Place skin side down and sprinkle with the seasoning. Place 1/2 slice cheese and 1/2 slice ham om each of the 4 breast portions. Roll up the chicken while trying to keep the filling inside. Use toothpicks to keep the meat together, if necessary. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Preheat air fryer.
Spray chicken with a bit of oil and roll in the breadcrumbs.
Place each of the pieces in the air fryer. You can place directly into basket or place in a pan that fits in your air fryer.
Cook at 370 degrees for 8 minutes. Flip over the breasts, spray with oil, and cook at 400 degrees for about 8 minutes. Make sure the internal temperature is 165 degrees.
Carefully remove with tongs so as not to burn yourself.
