Directions:
Chicken breasts – whatever size you choose.
Low sodium seasoning of your choice
Rinse chicken, sprinkle your seasoning under the skin and on top of the skin. Place skin side down in the basket of the air fryer.
Cook at 370 degrees for 15 minutes. Flip to the other side. Spray with oil, if desired. Cook another 15 minutes. Check with a meat thermometer to be sure the meat is cooked thoroughly.
I chose to use Kat’s All-Purpose Seasoning and Rub – found on our website. The chicken turns out very moist and crispy on the outside.
Divide the meat into 4 oz servings.

Change this recipe to omit the part that says to rinse it in the sink.
Health protocol says we shouldn’t.
Don’t you just love it when people come to your website and tell you to change your recipe because they don’t do it the same way? If you don’t want to rinse your chicken then don’t.. If you could see what they do to chickens in a poultry processing plant you would want it washed before you cook it.
I’m 63 years old. Raised and butchered chickens. Washed them in my sink. Just use a bleach kitchen spray. You people are dramatic.
Hell I am in my seventies and still wash my bird and have not gotten sick! My mom & mother in-law did it and lived well in their 90ties! So just cleanup wash your hands and move on!
