Ingredients
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. orange juice
- 1 c. water
- Place in large pan and bring to boil over high heat.
Directions
zest of 1 orange
1 12 oz bag of fresh or frozen cranberries
1/2 t. fresh ginger, grated
1/2 t. cinnamon
Bring t. o boil, turn down heat and cook for 10-12 minutes Stir occasionally.
You want to see all the cranberries popped open.
Pour into bowl, cover and refrigerate or 3-4 hours.
Serve as a side dish with poultry and even on sandwiches as a condiment.
