Ingredients
- Italian Bread
- 2 1/2 -3 cups bread flour, start with 2 1/2 c.
- 1 tablespoon dry active yeast
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup warm water
Directions
Add all the ingredients and using a mixer or Kitchen Aid, knead with hook until it is well blended.
Let rise in a greased bowl until doubled, punch down and shape into a loaf .
Place on baking sheet and let rise for about 30 minutes.
Bake at 375 for about 25-28 minutes.
This turned out great!! very yummy and easy to make.
