Chicken and Tri Color Pasta with Parmesan Cream Sauce

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces chicken breast, diced
  • a bit of olive oil
  • 1/4 c. onion, diced
  • 1 t. garlic, diced
  • 2 c. tri color pasta
  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • fresh ground black pepper to taste

Directions

Saute chicken in a bit of oil, then add onion and garlic and cook 2 minutes.

Cook pasta and drain.

Add the cream to the same sauce pan, heat and then add the cheese. Add fresh black pepper. Stir to incorporate well. Now add the pasta and the chicken. Stir well.

Serve with a nice salad, and maybe some no salt garlic bread.
