Beef and Squash Sauté

Ingredients

  • 8 oz hamburger patty
  • a bit of oil
  • 1 yellow squash sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 sweet onion, cut in wedges
  • 1 sweet red pepper, sliced
  • 1 whole tomato or a few roma tomatoes, cut in wedges
  • dried basil fresh ground

Directions

Sauté the ground beef and break up into small pieces, remove from fry pan

Add a bit of oil to the hot pan and then toss around the squashes, sweet onion and peppers

Sauté until the veggies are getting a bit soft and cooked

Add the ground beef and the tomato Sprinkle a bit of basil in the pan

Serve or rice

This recipe can serve 3 people About 200 mg sodium for entire recipe.
