Sweet and Sour Sauce


Heat to boiling:

  • 3 oz sugar
  • 2 T. brown sugar
  • 3 oz pineapple juice
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. water

Blend together:

1/4 c. water

2 T. corn starch

Mix well as you add to the boiling mixture. Keep stirring to make sure there are no lumps, and cook until thickened.

Serve hot with egg rolls
