Slow Cooker Turkey Noodle Soup

6 cups


  • 7 c. no salt homemade turkey broth
  • 1 T. Herb Ox no salt Chicken Bouillon
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 2 ribs celery, diced
  • 1 c. frozen peas
  • 2 c. cooked low sodium turkey, chopped
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 t. 21 Seasoning Salute
  • 1/2 t. freshly ground pepper
  • 2 t. poultry seasoning.
  • 1/2 t. garlic powder


Add all of the above to a slow cooker. Cook on High for 5 hours

Add 1 1/2 c. egg noodles and cook for about 1/2 hours more.

Makes about 6 cups.
