Pomegranate Orange Salsa

Ingredients

  • 15 oz can of mandarin oranges, drain and save 2 T juice.
  • 3 1/3 c. fresh pomegranate seeds
  • 1/4 c finely minced cilantro
  • 2 finely chopped seeded jalapenos
  • the reserved mandarin juice

Directions

Cut the oranges in half or thirds and add remainder of ingredients

Cover and chill at least 2 hours
Serve with low sodium or no salt tortilla chips
