Ingredients

  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1 tsp dillweed
  • 1 tsp garlic which I now use toasted
  • 1 tsp onion powder which I now use 1/2 powder 1/2 toasted onion
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup loso mayo which I now use veganaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup water or a little less

  1. putting this tip in this section because of it being for making tuna salad. if you use canned albcore tuna in water. you already have less sodium , BUT id you drain it then fill it again with warm water and let it sit for 2 minutes and drain it a second time you remove even more of the sodium from the tuna. Not all of it but approximately a quarter to a third of it. the same holds true with froze chicken that has sodium in it. anytime you rinse with warm water you can accomplish this. do not soak it for more than the two minutes or it allows the salt in the warm water to then soak back into the meat as though you salted the water because you have basically.
