Low Sodium Meatballs

25 meatballs


  • 1 lb 90% lean ground beef
  • 1 cup homemade no sodium bread crumbs or use Panko (make fine in blender)
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 tbsp grated 100% Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp McCormick or Mrs. Dash Herb & Garlic seasoning, no added salt


1. mix all ingredients together, form into 25 meatballs

2. cook in the microwave or you can bake in the oven until no longer pink inside

3. drain on paper toweling
