Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded chicken
  • ½ cup grapes
  • ½ cup chopped apple
  • ½ cup chopped celery
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans

Directions

Stir together mayonnaise and sour cream in small bowl. Set aside.

Mix together all other ingredients, add dressing and blend well.

Great served on a lettuce leaf in a low sodium tortilla.

Can be a wonderful sandwich on low sodium bread.

Total sodium is 802.3 mg (does not include tortilla or bread)

NOTE: I measured these amounts precisely for the recipe, but normally just put in how much of each thing that I want. Make it your salad.
