If you’re like me, there’s always shrimp in the freezer, angel hair pasta in your pantry, and lemon and garlic in your kitchen. If you don’t have this on hand, you can still make this in minutes with a quick trip to the grocery store!
This recipe comes together very quickly, you won’t even realize how fast this is done. Sauté the garlic and onion, then add the shrimp with the lemon juice, and lemon zest, and finally toss in the cooked angel hair. Little effort, BIG flavors is how we roll in these parts.
