- 2 russet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into cubes
- 3 carrots, peeled, cut a bit smaller than potatoes
- unsalted butter, melted
- 21 seasoning Salute
Place potatoes and carrots in preheated air fryer.
Spray with a bit of oil.
Cook for 7 minutes at 360 degrees.
Toss veggies around, spray again, cook another 7 minutes.
Check to be sure they are a bit soft and done. If not, Cook an additional minute or two.
Scoop into a bowl and toss with melted butter and 21 Seasoning Salute.
