Ingredients

  • 2 large 12 oz baking potatoes, washed and poked
  • 2 T. (give or take) oil
  • shakes of 21 Seasoning Salute
  • a bit of parsley

Directions

Place oil, seasoning and parsley in a plastic bag and mix. Now add one potato at a time and roll in the mixture, getting the whole potato covered well. Preheat Air Fryer for 3 minutes. Put potatoes in basket and turn temp to 390 degrees. Bake for 15 minutes, turn over, bake another 15 minutes, turn over and bake again for 10- 15 minutes checking to see if they are done. Knife should easily go through crispy skin and into soft potato.
